Didactic Session Learning Objectives:

• Understand the anatomy and principles of oncoplastic surgery and selecting the right patient population
• Understand clinical tips and techniques for managing tumours in every location of the breast
• Understand how to manage potential complications arising from oncoplastic procedures
• Learn novel techniques for performing good oncoplastic mastectomies when breast conservation is not possible
• Understand patient selection for immediate pre-pectoral implant-based reconstruction. 

Hands-on Skills Lab Learning Objectives:

• Become comfortable with patient assessment, markings, de-epithelializaiton and nipple recentralization
• Become comfortable with Crescent, Round Block, Racquet and VJ Mammoplasty technique
